what time is it and what are you doing?

4:00 am, can't sleep, can't study, thought would touch base with PC friends.

8:36AM, Watching my cat watch out the window--sunshine, radio, thinking about a cup of something hot...tea today.

2:05pm - I am eating lunch at my desk and posting here

106p and reading

3:44pm watching my daughter at swim class.

809pm and trying to settle down and let things go, even though I want hang onto them.

2214 - recovering from this afternoon's session wherein I finally admitted my voices are starting to overwhelm me again.

Thanks to PC for giving me the courage.

10:21pm - I just finished watching the Stars take out the Flames with my daughter Quite a good game, too...

OMG, my eyes are the size of plums from all the crying and I'm very tired but I'm okay. Thanks for asking. I love this place. Why couldn't I meet you guys when I was a kid?

While those are cooking I am making headway at moving into my new space.

2:35pm. Lunch fail and chest is killing me. Might curl up and nap.

Being utterly annoyed by people that can't take their conversation to a more private place... i hate it when this group comes and visit... such a head ache for me

6am - Having my morning coffee, well my first cup of coffee

O.K - 7:30 am - and besides using this forum, contemplating exactly how despit anything, I can get my treatment, AND retain just as much privacy as if NOTHING were wrong...And if I can not do it - how to drop out of treatment, and NOT hear one word about it from any other doctor ever again. (and that is going to include ER doctors, regardless of anything at all).
BTW Pri9vatcy must be absolute - I MIGHT accept insurance being told I was there, but that's as far as it goes - start letting out detail, diagnosis, or even exact dates and times, it's history......And not just insurance, it applies to background check, law-enforcement investigating anything - basically, regardless of what, I was not there - or I actually won't be......

8:19 am: Dog is curled up beside me while I am trying to wake-up and checking messages

3:46pm - I'm taking a mental break from coding

3:47 PM Just finished filling the bird and squirrel feeders and scraping the ice off the ramp. Wondering what I really want to do here.

5:24 playing on-line games and craving Easter candy since my son told me about Peeps jousting...never heard of it before but you put them in the microwave and they puff up. I don't even like Peeps but they sound good melted, on top of ice cream.....
