it's almost 5 and I'm supposed to go to my friend's house for a cinco de mayo sleepover. i've been looking forward to this, but i got so drunk last night and i feel horrid today. anxiety and feeling depressed after i was beginning to feel a little better.

i know going would prob help me feel better, but i don't know what to do. i don't want to go and be a party pooper. think i'm going to text my friend and be honest. see if we can meet up this week.

i don't why i get such anxiety beforehand when i tell my friend's i'm feeling down or whatever it may be. i'm lucky to have such understanding friends, but still...i'm always afraid of letting them down or not being my best around them.

It is now 4:22pm in the UK and I am on my doorstep, with a cup of tea, having defeated my many letters I did not need to keep. I am done tidying for the day, aside from the washing up later. If hubby doesn't beat me to it. I am going to smoke one more roll up, then head back indoors because the wind is chilly. But it's nice to see the sun for once

You're not letting them down, if you really don't feel up to it then just be honest as I'm sure they'll understand or, you could go and see if it cheers you up? May I ask, what is a 'cinco de mayo' sleepover? Mayo suggests mayonnaise is involved somehow.. But I can't work out how! Lol. I hope you're feeling more cheery soon

It's 8:30 a.m. sitting here alone. looking forward to a beautiful sunny day today. 85 degrees. 15 degrees warmer for this time of the year in the Northwest, no complaints however.

12 o'clock lunch time, laid on my bed with the fan on full blast, summoning the energy to have a bath and go shopping when the sun cools down a bit.
