Ate, watched TV, slept, played jet pack joyride and candy crush saga.....bought to do some laundry and online shopping....feel like I pretty much skipped today...was not productive at all but that's ok.....

I went for a long walk and took a lot of pictures. Earlier, I saw two Canada geese with 5 fuzzy yellow goslings. Cute!

|
Came home from a good work shift in the morning, watched some NCIS and Bones episodes, welcomed my son home from work, took my meds and went to bed. Got up around 5:30 pm, made spaghetti, welcomed my dad for a few minutes (thanked him for returning my purse to me), read news online, had a muffin and coffee and came here. I am off work tonight.

woke up, took meds, went to work, got off, logged onto PC, doing laundry right now, and wondering what I should have for dinner

Woke up late
 Not a good start lol. Went to work. had a lite lunch outside but had ALOT to eat for dinner. but I feel full and satisfied  Watching The Voice because I missed it last because I started watching Arrested Development Just browsing PC now, and hanging out, listening to the rain

I slept in past my appointment for Pdoc then it changed to 1:30pm more like 2pm she was running behind...then I had to move my doctors appointment to 3:30pm tomorrow now I have to phone therapy group and say I cannot make it. Phoned group therapy said I cannot make because of a doctors appointment.
