I thought it sounded catchy.
![]() Anyway, I'm trying to change from a night owl to a morning lark. The kind of things people do at night don't really interest me, and I love waking up to sunlight, hearing the birds, and all the nice things you can do during the daytime. For the most part, I stay up to use the Internet. Another problem is that I like sleeping in a lot (and I always feel tired). So, for the past few days, I have been trying to sleep roughly around the same time and wake up early. I have to for a class three times a week, anyway. And I'm not napping during the day. Also, I have to keep this up every day (including weekends), or I know it will fail. Today I slept until 11 AM, in case I had some sleep debt (I let myself give in a little). For the rest of the week, it will be 8 or 9 AM. Wish me luck! For people trying to do the same, feel free to chime in! |

i'm definitely a night person. i really should look at working nights.
mornings are a pain in the backside, i'm usually anxious, followed by irritable. i'm experimenting with different morning routines to sort myself out. the one im using at the minute is sitting on my *** first thing watching everybody loves raymond... really ought to get out and go for a run ![]()

I woke up around 8, haven't napped, haven't fallen asleep (although I was a bit tired during a class). And before midnight the tiredness really kicks in. So it's going well so far. Hopefully it carries on another week.
