For some people once it gets below a certain temperature,the cold is cold and numbers don't matter.

The banks want to maximize their quarterly profits.

I think that orange difference is that oranges may be picked and shipped from the orchards when they still have green tint. This done to avoid premature ripening, leading to increase of risk of spoilage and diminishing the profit margins for series of companies involved to get oranges from the orchards to the customers at the stores.

im not sure about the second question. if i had to guess i would say convert it into kelvin and double that..nut i dont feel like calculating now :]
