Was going good, this stop smoking. 26 days ! Just recently the cravings are getting pretty bad. I be a climbing the walls if I didn't have a crochet hook or knitting needle in my hand.......... I really, really, really, really, want a cigarette. I really do...................



for not smoking .....

I want to scream. I want to cry. I'm hungry too...

Great job and you can do this. It does get easier, I just made it to 7 months and I do remember the first month..wanting to cry really wanting a smoke, but it will get easier!!! Try Quitnet.com there is a lot of support there and it is free. People are awesome there and helped me when i wanted a cig.
