I have halfed my antidepressants in order to prepare for a change of meds and I am not feeling any side effects of the reduction.

I've been able to read stuff I'm interested in, and not zone out and lose focus or want to fall asleep. It's been so long since I've been able to love reading!
I've been reading about recovery and different things I can do and I'm feeling great! McMan's Depression and Bipolar Web I've been reading stuff on this site. He's a pretty good writer.

I have gotten some tidying done, had a good sleep, am dressed for work and bought two raffle tickets for a Mother's Day gift basket to support a nearby elementary school.
