I believe that a very important phone call (which I JUST caught; the ringer had been off) went better than I ever could have anticipated. So, fingers crossed.

I forced myself to get active again. I did the yard work and did as much of my friend's yard as I could get to. I wish he could find a better/neater contractor to remodel his kitchen. Oh and a quicker one too. Poor guy hasn't had a kitchen in over two months and has a back yard full of demo material.
