It's warm!!!

Clouds are finally clearing. BLUE SKY!!!

I quit smoking.

I just had salad...it was good

Having my friend by my side when I'm not doing so well.... It means so much to me.

just got back from the gym, was a great way to vent out some emotions thats been bothering me

so far it can only be that I worked.....having a job is a GOOD thing these days!

The weather is lovely, and i am baking some biscuits for my children

hmm... I have kept my opinion to myself, which will benefit me in the future at work

Got some things done that I have been putting on hold for ages

The chance to talk about the **** that's bothering me with someone who doesn't condescend me, tell me to get over it, or put me down.

It was nice to have a leisurely day with the sun shining, and doing things as I felt like it (not because had to) with some R&R mixed in; strange concept but managed.

I finally got motivated to do laundry. I have clean sheets and towels again.

Someone opened a door for me today, was nice.

So today turned into a really good one. Got all the gardening done: weeded, put up trellises, raked all the compost and big chunks of soil into finer bits, planted some veggies, watered the hell outta them, and pulled and dug up all the bigger weeds around the bed.
Awesome. Such a good feeling.
Then we got out to our favorite part, which is a patch of forest right in the city. It's so beautiful and peaceful and comforting. About a 40 minute walk. Felt really good to get out. But now I'm tired, ready for dinner and a movie and then sleepy snuggles.

I helped my ex measure and plan where to place all the furniture and stuff at the new house she is renting. I get to help move her and our daughter in to their new place in a couple of weeks.

Friends that understand you are ****ing amazing & I'm so glad I have them!

Had a really good time with my friend today. I always worry that people who are not on disability are going to judge me or try to tell me what to do. It's nice to know that the people in my life support me and trust that I am making the best decisions for myself.

All of the late spring snow is out in the upper mid-west.....

At least someone in real life, does understand where *some of my* "crazy thinking comes from at times"; this of course my s/o.. always nice to have some understanding once in a while

It was nice to be in touch with a friend today that have not heard back from and to know they are hanging in there.

It is finally warm enough to open the windows and let some fresh air flow through.

Had a really good T session and am feeling a lot of therapy love right now.
