Name one good thing about your day so far (#4)

#3 is getting to where it might be closed being over 1000 posts, so to start a new thread....

My teenage niece sent me a package with a lovely card that she made; this was quite a surprise.

I woke up early enough to have breakfast and respond to some posts.

I got the cat's flea medicines on, finally; another thing to cross off my list.

Getting plenty of rest after a week of fitful sleeping.

Now at 3:30 pm.... thank goodness I did not go and ride my horse Rodney wo anyone else around

I am off work today and enjoying pizza.

I filled out all my bankruptcy paperwork, got all my homework done, and am now back at the hospital.

Saw the comet.

Bedtime is near.

I woke up to snow and sunshine. Its a beautiful day.

I'm getting me some pizza. I don't just want pizza, I NEED pizza. Now. In my mouth.

I have my crossing corner access to the parking lot of my workplace back now that they have trucked away all of the snow they dumped there over the wintertime. Now, when I cross at the traffic lights, there is again a walkway directly to the workplace parking lot instead of having to walk around it with traffic. YAY!!!

I had really good feedback and my skills are getting much better, so much so that some patients actually started to ask for me. This really made my day, but is ironic since I absolutely hate this part of my job; I hate sticking people with the needles, but is a necessary evil, so their confidence in me is more touching than I can say.

I am off work tonight.

I have fun things planned for the evening! And I realized I posted something else in the thread that reached over 100 pages, oops!

I made it to work this morning.

I found a lovely relaxation piece of music for days just like this one to help me remain calm.

On my final evaluation form for this rotation, they said really positive things and that they would absolutely like to hire me.

I am done with the rotation and have a little over a week off now. Yes!

I painted for the first time in a couple weeks! One of them is terrible, because I was far to energetic/enthusiastic/manic when I started painting, but the other one is kind of cool.

Sweet fandango...decent coffee count? I did speak to someone about what was on my mind but that needs feedback of some sort to count as good in that particular circumstance.

Jesus...well for now it'll have to be the coffee...

Listened to the entire Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No.3 and had a couple of Diet Pepsi's.

Oh and had a great psych session this morning.

I did more than I thought I would today I am hoping that I don't slow down.
