I had time with my daughter and was able to tell her how much she meant to me and she listened and smiled really big....so I KNOW she heard me and understood.

There was a thunderstorm very early. It was exciting and cleared the air. Frighten a mother raccoon with her pups, who were nursing on the back lawn.

I was discharged from the mental health crisis assessment unit today. I was going to be moved to the psych ward but I think I finally convinced them I'm ok! I was there since June 18th.

Me, too----I got about 8 hours, and it was pretty close to a normal night's sleep. And that feels pretty good.
