Getting out into the forest today. I love losing myself in the trees, being far away from the noise of city life. I can almost pretend I'm in a different time and place, something less destructive.

on another note, why is it that people who have signed up for a career to help others seem to only want to help themselves? seem to only care about themselves and their rank? especially in the field of psychiatry/psychology... why do such people exist...

12:36 pm early Sunday afternoon

Enjoying small pains chocolates and dipping them in my coffee...nummmeeeeeeee. I am finding it's a very civilized way to contemplate what I need to do today.

Gearing down now from what was a VERY anxiety/stress filled morning.
I just knew when I woke up that is was going to stink...not being negative because I felt it in my gut.
Things didn't turn out as bad as I perceived they would (Thank You Jesus!) so now it will take me a couple more hours to completely get over it.
Mom said there would be days like this!

most of the time i feel like i have to get something my way. If i don't get it my way, I just kind of pout or become sad. I hate that.

ahhh I hate it when I try to be caring and all I get it all thrown back at my face. Sometimes I question my existence. I'm not here to help people, I fail most of the time. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Calling all Trekkie's. Nimoy sings, Spock sings, then Shatner.

I went for a walk in the woods. We've had heavy rains and everything was mud and running water. I couldn't get across the washout, it was full of rushing water.

Paradigm Shift, was the page I opened up to, as I had an epiphany about FOO.

Comparing and Contrasting Style v. Disorder on Personality. (yeah, I keep this handbook on my shelf, been through a lot)

Mom v. Dad n

I learned that in marriage a style can marry a disorder. b

Stands to reason, now, as I replay a 'tape' of my uncle...'it's always about you, it's always about you'(thanks uncle Peter).

As though, it's all flashing before me.

This December would have marked 40 years. Mom, you told me, that I could say and do things, that you only dreamed of. Quick on the uptake, and quick in the heat of battle!! You've got that right!

Number is on speed dial and need to set up an intake, attorney is necessary, and my ex is on board and a couple is picked out!!!

Over my dead body, and x, will my children ever suffer at the hands of the untreated, entitled type!

f-U Dad!!! Thanks for well...at least as mom would refer to it...contributing to the life of me!

I'm feeling a lot calmer. I really want to start using my french again and I want to start learning russian too. But because of my laziness or stress, I can't really do it when I'm so stressed. But hopefully, today I will do something today.

the most depressing songs htat I have listened to over the course of time are
kesha--tik tok. It's the part where she says you build me up, you break me down, my heart it pounds yeah you got me. put your hands up, put your hands up,...
natasha bedingfield--most relationships seem so transitory, they're all good but not the permanent one...who doesn't love for someone to hold on, who know how to love you, without being told...oh somebody to tell me why i'm on my own...

Unless someone has evidence or can reference something that a certain food causes enormous damage to the body, I won't believe them. Too much fear based pictures going around.

Johnny Depp, you're an IDIOT. I know it was a famous photo, but that Indian with the crow on his head? It wasn't on his head. It was on the mantel BEHIND him!!!!

It cracks me up when I see the trailer to the new "Lone Ranger & Tonto" movie. He looks so silly with that dead crow on his head.

sometimes i wonder, why do we need "people worser than us" to make us feel better? isn't that narcissistic in a way? do we need to feed on the week? do we really need to?

then it's never ending, right? i always wonder who is at the bottom.. the last person a person feeds on.
