Most times I don't bother - in fact, most times just dinner (really don't feel hungry, weight is fine, I KNOW that's no good, but nothing noticeable is happening, and I've been that way since I was 16).

pop tarts rock of course!! when I am somewhat organized its usually some probiotic yogurt with a little fruit and cinnamon, when I'm not (usually the case I'm sorry to say) its something leftover or something processed like chicken patties which also rock, but are not on my 'diet.' I don't really know what my diet is, I just know chicken patties are not on it.....

My family's Sunday breakfast: Scrambled eggs with potatoes, sausage patties, homemade refried beans with whole milk (soft) mozzarella, pico de gallo with flour tortillas. Every Sunday. Great thread!

toast all the way for me.
with marmite i like bacon too... but it has to be crisp. sometimes i have bacon from tescos which my brother buys, and it's the worst. it really is- tastes so sickening |

i tend to do brunch rather than breakfast as it is usually nearer lunch time when i get hungry...today as it is a bank holiday i treated myself to fresh mackeral and buttered (well dairy free spreadded) home made wheat free bread...it was delicious
usually it is a quick pick from the fridge or rice crispies and rice milk |

I used to eat sausage,egg and cheese biscuits all the time. They are quite yummy!

I'm about to toast blueberry bagels and make fresh fruit salad - melon, pineapple, mango, kiwi, strawberry - for me and my sweetie.

I'm trying to get in the habit of eating breakfast. I usually have cornflakes with some fresh fruit (e.g. chopped banana or strawberry) and milk.

Marmite is a yeast extract spread. I think it is also called "vegie mite". It is loved by some and hated by others. Personally, I love my marmite. It is 100 % vegetarian and fat free and has almost no carbs.

Wow all that sounds really yummy. I on the other hand exist on protein shakes and protein bars and fresh fruit. On the up side I have lost almost 100 pounds in 8 months.

Today it'll be quinoa and leftover chicken-veggie stirfry. For added nutrients I'll mix in some flax oil and hemp seeds.
