Hi everyone,
I'm both excited and nervous, I'm playing tonight in a Toronto Harp Society outreach concert for veterans at one of our hospitals. I'm a little intimidated as I'm the only amateur performing, all the other harpists are professionals. I'm playing three of my favourite traditional Irish harp pieces, a slow air, a ballad about a guy singing a love song to the ghost of his dead lover, and a war song. At least I'll be different as everyone else is playing classical. I'm nervous, but I'm looking forward to it, I think it'll be fun. splitimage |

You'll be fine once the music starts. Your selection should be a welcome addition.
Why don't you post a youtube vid of your playing sometime. |
