Not only do I have the Net to thank for all of my buddies here, but it saved my butt at work yesterday!
My tape recorder failed at the city council meeting the other night, but luckily I always take notes as a backup. I wrote the story according to how my editor told me to, but it wasn't till I looked back at the email that I realized I didn't ask one question about 3 of the things she told me to look for! And I discovered this at 7:00 last night! Fortunately, I was able to find all the information I needed on the Web, and make it look like I had actually done some work!  And she was really impressed with the story!God bless technology. When it works, it's terrific stuff! (SHHHHHHH -- nobody tell on me, 'k?)  Candy |

I'm still studying and I know the value of the net... I don't even buy all my textbooks anymore! (Don't woory, I won't tell, I think every student has copy and pasted an assignment from the web!)
