Share some good luck that happened recently or bad luck.
Good Luck: My first day of my new job went great Bad Luck: My car got locked into the parking lot because it was under construction and I have to wait for the construction workers to unlock it. |

Great idea Dr. Skipper!
Good luck: the vet said my hosre did not need to have his teeth floated yesterday. Floating is a dental procedure for horses. Bad luck: my power was out for FIVE hours last evening which meant no A/c and no water (got to have power to run the pump.) Last edited by lizardlady; Jul 02, 2013 at 10:51 AM. |

Bad luck: left the house to get some gelato with my partner. I was iffy about going but she really wanted to go so I caved. We missed every bus on the way there (they were all late); when we got there (at. 10 pm!!!) It was so packed I refused to go in. Then we ended up waiting overtime for the bus on the way back and missed the bloody skytrain. Needless to say, bad night for me.
Total travel time: 2.5 to 3 hours. Gelato: 0. Epic. Fail.

Good Luck: I lost a job and found another before losing everything else, whew.
Bad Luck: Toilets, one broken, one needing to be turned on and off each use, not enough money to fix (even if I do it myself) right now. Good Luck: Almost had the electricity turned off but I was there when the guy came by chance and was able to pay enough to keep it on. Bad Luck: My cell phone service is off due to non-payment and they and I will just have to wait a couple of paychecks. |

Bad luck: Only recently was I straightening up my room, looked at my lipstick on the floor and thought "Oh well, I'm not gonna need it anytime soon." Now that it would perfectly match my outfit, it magically vanished. -_- |

Bad luck: I stayed up till past 1am last night knowing that I had to clean at my Aunt's at 8am today.
Good luck: I finally understand and got to see my mom's famous quote in action--"The hardest part is showing up". Once I started cleaning, I got over how tired I was and my aunt really appreciated me showing up on time. And my money is going to my mini college fund. |

GOOD LUCK
I got a paycheck from one of my side jobs and was able to get it to the bank and head off an overdraft fee BAD LUCK I have been trying to meet someone and start a new relationship....just aint happening. |

Good Luck:Found another 4 leaf clover 2day 2 add 2 my collection,this 1 makes 97. Bad Luck:Got a load of laundry hung up on the clothes line only 2 have the big screw in hook that holds the reel pull out & down went all my clean laundry,& the REALLY BAD LUCK: had cut grass day b4 & had'nt raked it yet so the clothes had dry grass stuck 2 them
