Folks, I am having a horrible fibro flare. I hurt all over. I have no brain because of fibro fog. I'm so tired I was afraid I was going to fall asleep driving home.

Can I please have some gentle hugs?

It's not even 7:30PM and I'm off to crawl onto the sofa and curl up, hopefully to fall asleep soon.

Sorry you having a bad day! Feel better soon!

Hope you have some favorite ways to ease the achys and that they are helping. It's just really tough to have that all-over soreness.

George, fibro is a condition that causes bodywide pain and exhaustion. Think of the last really bad case of the flu you had. That's daily life for someone with fibro.

As for hugs, there are days in "real" life that it hurts to wear clothes. Hugs have to be r-e-a-l gentle. Virtual hugs on the other hand are completely pain free!

Hi, lizardlady, a gentle hug, and a wish for you to be feeling more like yourself again, soon.

I can imagine what fibro is like....and you have my complete sympathy and compassion. My anxiety causes several flares of pain in my body, too, and I live with it a lot. Fibro is no fun, I am certain of that.

You are always so helpful and supportive of others----so here's another hug (((())))----and I wish there was more I could actually do for you!!!!! (fluff pillows and put extra softener in the laundry for all your clothes, etc---)
