I am very exicted to say that my partner and I will be moving at the end of the month. I just want to be there already and start painting, and decorating. This place has been hell. Coackroaches, Mice, Dog Hair covering every inch on every floor and surface, sinks being clogged, dirty counters (seriously who paints a kitchen white?) fleas, dirty (doesn't matter how you clean you can't keep up) living with two dogs, and three people is overwhelming, The bathrooms are disgusting. I'm just excited to finally get our own place. We can have loud crazy sex, talk about personal stuff without feeling like our roommate is going to gossip behind our backs. I am just so exicted to start school, move into our new place, and have nice things, and get out of this hellhole, and finally be able to feel relaxed at our own home. My roommate and my partner have had a falling out, and there's just so much awkwardness, and hostility between them. At one point my boyfriend didn't even want me to talk to our roommate, and he's always giving my boyfriend s-h-i-t. The dogs are just TOO much, the dog hair is overwhelming. No more barking, No more dogs getting into the garbage, and flailing it around the house. I can walk around naked if i want to, We can have sex as loud as we want without me feeling like I need to put on music. I am just so damn excited. We will only be paying 600 dollars a month, It's a one bedroom, but It has a huge window in the living room, and a nice bathroom, and a COUNTER where I can put all my makeup.

I'm just so excited now that are money situation isn't terrible. We can buy nice things, and go on dates ! We never were able to really do that before. All of our dates were at a sleazly bar. November Is going to be a good month!

We are eventually going to get a house pet, but we want something that isn't loud, or too messy!
Hugs from:

Thanks for this!

My dog is a Miniature Schnauzer. They don't shed I never see dog hairs everywhere and she is quiet and very well behaved. :]

Congratulations on your move. It sounds like you really need it. As for pets, I like cats - lower maintenance than dogs, although they still shed.

Good luck with moving.

Speaking of shedding, we have a bearded dragon named Gizzard the Lizard. He's a riot. They do get a little cranky when they shed their skin 'cause they're all itchy, but they aren't much more maintenance than Bob the Beta Fish (our fish). Plus beardies are quite easy-going and you can take them out, put them on your shoulder and have a buddy hang out with you all day.

Beardies seem to have so much personality that they are really fun to own. They live to be about 8 years old, but can live as long as 12 years and get up to 2 feet long. Here's a good site on beardies if you are interested.

How about a cat? They come in a spectrum of personalities, and there are so many for adoption.
