I have come to conclude here in the US....when they minimize something it turns out much worse.....when they exaggerate how bad something will be...it's always much less....just proves that we as humans just don't know or have the control over some things.

Glad things were ok mostly.....but know that storms can be bad in one place & not right next to it. A few months ago, we had a bad storm here on a Saturday night....wind blowing, rain pouring down.....when I was driving to church the next morning there were 2 trees down right in line with each other.....definitely the look of a small tornado touching down even if it was just for 100 ft....while nothing else around was touched....a bunch of broken branches out of trees, but nothing down like those 2 trees.....never know what weather will bring.
