Last year about this time, I gave my 3 pound Yorkie female to a fellow teacher who said she wanted a lap dog. I was having trouble house training "Puppers," and tired of picking up poop! This was my own failure, primarily because at the time, I had so many steps to traverse, and , so, tried training her to papers, which wasn't working. Carole had a house with no steps, and quickly got Puppers going in the right direction. She has small children in her home, however, twin grandchildren, to whom Puppers is now starting to snap....because they are too rough with her. I hope I get her back, and I'll post about what transpires.

I do too! I'm now worried about her with those rowdy toddlers!

Well...she's decided to keep Puppers....even though she is "worried" about her. I just hate think of that little dog getting rough treatment from toddlers!
When I gave the dog to her a year ago, Carole was alone and wanted a lapdog companion, but now things have changed with the daughter moving in, due to her husband being unsupportive. I can't do anything about it, I know. Patty |
