I seem to have just recently regained my abilty to laugh out loud, and enjoy humor. I definitely appreciate the funny posts and links here as well. So much time seems to have passed since I laughed, and now I'm loving it.

My husband and our shared sarcasm (I'm really sarcastic).
My daugther signing along to the radio hits (i don't know how she can memorize so much). The squirrles playing in the trees. I think I laugh pretty often, I surely miss laughing when I'm down. ~hugs~

looking at my self in the mirror makes me laugh!!! ha ha
no seriously.. when my hubby laughs, i cant help but laugh.. his laughter is contagious!!!! so is my kids!!!!

My grandson makes me laugh. He's 7 going on 30! The stuff that comes out of his mouth.....I can't help but laugh at.
Also, myself...me...I make me laugh, for all the stupid things I say and do, I have to laugh cuz I'm such a dope  LMAO

Seeker, good post topic!
I also appreciate when I 'get back' the ability to laugh. It is a good indicator of how I am doing. My cat makes me laugh. I just adopted him 2 months ago and he is a playful funny cat. Always carrying a toy around in his mouth, ready for me to stop what I am doing to play with him. I have to go to bed a half hour earlier now because we got into the habit of playing there so now he expects some play time!  He is a curious cat too, and my friend calls him 'slinky' because he hangs over the edge of the couch, then slips his whole body all the way over in a fluid motion....instead of just jumping down. Today he tried that and slipped right off the glass topped table where I have my computer and crashed, unplugging the computer and scaring himself in the process! Poor thing! but.. funny! Irony makes me laugh. I live in Florida and have a picture of Denali National Park (Alaska) hanging in my living room. Old Roseann shows make me laugh when I am feeling good; at other times they leave me completely flat. |

Vintage comedy shows like 'Laugh-In'
Any cartoon involving: The Roadrunner Bugs Bunny Daffy Duck Sylvester and Tweety Tom and Jerry Pink Panther My cat, Tika, when she tries to get on the computer with me...she likes it when I play cat meows and other cat sounds on the computer! Also when she is laying on her back in that goofy way that cats do. Movies like 'Ghostbusters'...

any british dry sarcist humour for example jack dee is top of my list followed by dom jolly or jo brand, they are all observationalists and can make the most benign things make me laugh
