Getting a job? (If you don't have one)
Getting married? (If you have a partner and you really love him/her)
Losing weight? (If you think you're fat)

Last night it was seriously "to stay alive".

This morning I've calmed down slightly and it's "to have more fun". Which is an odd one perhaps since it follows one of the worst new years eves I've ever had where I realized I didn't have any family or friends who I could talk to about anything important. Maybe one person but I'm so scared of overloading them with my **** that I daren't even think of them as a friend for fear of messing things up between us.

Anyway, the plan is that if I make having fun a higher priority then I can focus less on the negative stuff and make better use of any positive opportunities that come my way. And I've found specific goals never really work. Although, that said, I did quit smoking officially on 1st Jan 2011 and haven't smoked a cigarette since so maybe they do work if it's something you really want and have complete personal power over (like quitting smoking).

My Goals For 2014 ...

1. To save up enough cash to get a small, reliable used car or truck by July.
2. To not get maimed or killed while riding my scooter in the meantime.
3. To work on how I respond when I find myself triggered.

To find a new job
To then move to a house share in that area, with a clean tidy female who loves animals or even better a teeny place all of my own
To manage my anxiety
To save more
To get more exercise as I get v little these days

1. Make the effort to get well mentally and stay well: see my T regularly even when things seem "normal", especially during mania.
2. Learn to love myself more and doubt myself less, eat better, sleep better, no alcohol and cigarettes.
3. Get a job, and stay in the job, pay off my debts.

Yeah! I have darned good resolutions!

The resolution on BOTH of my monitors is 2048 X 1152!

That's better than HD!

Pretty good, Huh?
