Sorry for being weird. Its hard dealing with emotional issues every day; every day. Does M.I. never give a whole day off? Does the struggle but rarely give me a break? I guess I have said enough. Just so weary of it.

![]() Yes we all have those tough days (and my being disabled physically means they are quite often)... try to tell yourself it isn't always this bad, and be gentle with yourself (give yourself permission) on the harder days... and don't, above all, think about past hard days or about tomorrow nor the next day...just "do" today. ![]()
