This summer I have felt so good. Ive picked up hobbies that I have not done in years.

So I was looking on line on the Ky event site. There is a mud run I want to do. Hubby said that I was not in shape enough for that. So I decide that this time next year I will be. Im going to do it! I also want to do the color run. That is a 5k, so that will be next year as well.

Anyone ever do a mud run or color run?

No, but I've long time friends, from days of old that do this. It's a big obstacle course that they do, have seen photos.
Have you paired with anyone, to start a training regimen? Sometimes effort speaks volumes.
If you aren't sure, where to look, these men and women that I know, frequent boxing gyms...
Hope all goes well

You totally made me smile. Im going to tell my trainer my plans at my next meeting with her. My husband said he would do it with me (as well as my son) but he has to get into shape first. That was encouraging, getting to workout with him would be awesome (I hope). My son is in JROTC, so he is good to go.

Nice goal to have. You need to be prepared then for you to be fit and do the mud run.

Wishing you well with your goals. You can do anything you set your mind to.
