I pace a lot, especially when anxious of nervous.

Hands in pockets when I walk outside; it has taken a long time to ween myself off this, but I end up doing it sometimes, regardless; it's just a more refined version.

Bad body-posture when I'm sitting. (like right now!)

Not stretching before a workout. (I do that, now, but for years I didn't)

I have a tendency to drink too much liquid, because I feel like I need to, for some reason; it actually gives me dodgy guts. -.-

Drinking carbonated drinks. -.- Ergh, when will I learn. Not ones will loads of sugar, ... incidentally, eew... but just them in general, as they gas me up and my body can't get rid of gas as quickly as normal people, for some obscure reason, so I have to avoid or minimize those drinks.

'bout all I can think of, off-hand.

Thanks, glok. This inspired for me an actual laugh aloud --- rare. At myself.

I pace around when I'm deep in thought, or switch chairs frequently. I used to wander around tables in circles until that made people twitch.

I'm constantly agitated and a recluse. I pace. I have worn a path in the carpet from one end of the house to the other and I do not drag my feet.

If I had had more space I would have bought more mugs and cups. I'm a total sucker for cute or pretty mugs. I almost cry when they break! I'm in the market for the PERFECT latte mug right now but none yet that I want... I found other smaller mugs that I like but since I only need a large one right now... I shant buy them...

My habits may be odd, but others label them. To me, all reasonable people would follow my lead.

I buy far too much food for just the two of us. I must be mortally afraid of a famine or some such event.

I must always have: pens, paper, scissors and kleenex very close to hand, in every room in the house. It is infuriating when I have to traipse off somewhere else to find these things.

I only use pens with black ink. Another one of my bugaboos.

I will also say that I would definitely like to return to some of my former, much healthier habits---walking a certain distance every day, getting more sun on my face, socializing more with friends (which often involved exercise; either hiking, camping, or bicycling).

My habits may seem odd. Would not others expect that of an odd person?

I collect pens and pencils, and books and books and books, I draw(doodle while talking on the phone) I do not like talking on the phone hence the doodle art.
I only sleep in one space on the bed, and don't move from that spot on the left side.
In the mornings, I must read something and drink my coffee in the same place in the kitchen.

Whenever a paper near my reach has no means of purpose anymore, I make an origami out of it. I end up stockpiling them in my room floor, on my table, or my bag, my pencil case, wherever possible. It's been a habit since grade school, and I don't seem to get rid of it. I find myself doing it in social situations as well, and I gift the person I'm with an origami at times as a joke. It's because I'm used to having it rejected, since I do it every time and they're probably getting tired of it.

I alphabetize everything. Books, DVDs, CDs of course. But spices, every item in the fridge, in the pantry. The worst part is I'm always second guessing the criteria. All the peppers go together on the spice rack, alphabetized by "Chili", "Red", "White". Then I'm lying in bed and I decide that Chili should go under "C" and White should go under "W". I rearrange everything, then by morning I realize that is stupid and I put peppers back together. But that's just an example. It's the whole, three-shelved spice rack. The salts, the rubs.... And that is every day/every night.

When I eat, I eat all of each sort of thing before going onto the next, and always in a sort of order - vegetables, potatoes, meat.. for example. I won't move on to peas until I've finished the carrots and so on.

I also always take my shoes off at work, I think everyone thinks I'm funny for walking around the office in my socks! but I like to sit cross legged at my desk which I couldn't do with shoes on!
