I wanted to know what kind of things you have put away to make you feel better when you're feeling down? Such as certain movies, scrap books, albums, books, etc.

I actually have a folder on my computer full of stuff devoted to make me feel better when I'm feeling down. It has things like funny pictures, some songs that make me feel better, videos, stories, etc.

I also have a few books I like to read.
Thanks for this!

Love to listen to music I grew up with or watch something funny on YouTube. Love to get nostalgic!

On my computer, I have saved emails from my mother before she died. I keep pictures of family and all my pets I've ever had on my comuputer and a lot on my iPad, so I can look back at the memories.

I have a notebook filled with quotes and funny cartoons.

I have a scrapbook with all the tickets stubs of concerts I've seen. Also, the graduation program from every time my daughter graduated along with photos.

Sometimes these things bring up, others bring me down, since I miss both my parents and all of the pets I've outlived. But I enjoy the photos most, because I remember when they were taken and how happy we were.
