Some words of wisdom for folks at the Wal-Mart where I shopped after work today....

When there is a line of people waiting for the self checkout registers please wait your turn. It is rude and obnoxious to jump in front of other people and check yourself out.

If you want to stand and chat with a friend do not stand blocking the aisle with your carts side by side. Some of us want to do our shopping and go home!

You will NOT lose the parking spot you want if you wait a few seconds for me to finish walking by. I don't appreciate you trying to run me over.

Parents, curb your children. Letting them run wild though the store is not appreciated by other shoppers or store staff.

Most of these rules should apply everywhere, not just Wal-Mart.

((((LL)))) Glad you survived in tact.
It is really too bad your words of wisdom will not reach more people and for more shopping experiences than just Walmart.

lol true all of it! I would add this. if you are all checked out and find your card was denied, please don't stand there and ***** out the poor cashier. I can assure you their job is hard enough without you projecting your anger on to them. And we are all waiting in line behind your sorry butt. Thank you.

The Wal Mart next door to me is full of teenagers yelling and shouting down the aisles.
Oh yeah, that's most stores here too. It's really annoying when you're just trying to shop. Shut up already!

Sometimes at my walmart..
People have wrong coupons but will spend 10minutes arguing with cashier...then manager...then some leave all their stuff and buy nothing!! Others will make cashier go back through packed bags and take out like 5items. (Keep in mind these are not people who appear to have financial issues)**in fact, they are wearing shoes and handbag worth $200or more...so why are you haggling over walmart prices...you could have afforded everything!

Being in a pissy state does not give you the right to take it out on those around you, that includes cashiers. Especially the poorly paid ones.

That's what I'd like to say to some of those folks...but I don't.

Yeah, all this is why I do my shopping at 2am.

Not only aren't all these people around to be irritating and in the way, but the staff is doing the stocking, so if you can't find something there's like 12 people in the area to ask.

And rarely a line to be seen!

Hah! I do my shopping at 5:30/6:00 am for all those reasons. The store begins to get busy at 7 am. I try to be done by then.
