Today, i saw ''a customer steal coupons" from 2 12 pack cans of soda. I told another coworker this, and their response was, "Really!'' I then said, "Yup! and she did that to save .30 to .40 cents." We said to each other, "People do that to get over, and its crazy!"

julit, It's unfortunate, but maybe 30 or 40 cents made a difference to her buying the soda in the future? It's hard to know peoples motives.

When I worked at Borders I use to give out coupons to older customers. I don't know why. It was always a percentage off or something. I just thought, of all the customers, they would appreciate it more than, say, a 20 or 30 year old. That's just me.
