I forgot to mention, "a customer bought me a gift," 3 years ago. At the time, as the customer handed me the gift, she said, "this is yours, i appreciate you." I then said, "are you sure?" She then said, "yes, it's yours." I then said, "ok, thank you, i appreciate it." This told me that you'll never know what nice people that you will find along the way.
