For us, we try to "keep our minds young." This is b/c we think that as we get older, that we are old. Our mind frame has a deep effect on our overall health. We should never doubt ourselves that we can't do what want, b/c if we trust this opinion, this will make us weaker and older.

We have to try to do our best to keep our spirits up, and say that it is not time to give up on life. Doing word puzzles, playing games, and even playing w/ the grandkids are always great to remain active.
