YAY SVU!!!!!!
 I'm a psych major and just love psych(ish) stuff and shows and this one makes me really happy. Don't watch much of the original anymore. I like the original cast of CI. The two new detectives annoy me.

Dude....can I tell you how happy it makes me to find other L&O addicts??? SVU is definetlly my favorite. My ring tone on my phone is the L&O theme. I immediatly put it on channels 35 or 36 because here, those are the Law and Order channels. I watch it constantly. Even the ones I've seen a million times. Yes....love it love it love it!!!!!

The original "Law and Order" and "Law and Order: Criminal Intent," are in my top five. I really like the story lines on CI and the character played by Vincent Donofrio. I have questioned whether my depression and anxiety have anything to do with my preferences. It seems to me that the neat wrapping up at the end where the wrong doers are generally caught and will get their punishment, might predispose me to expect the real world to be just and fair--and when it isn't, it is emotionally threatening and triggering to me. (Sorry to get so psychological, but I was a psych major in college.)

I hear ya Meta. I fall asleep to these kinds of shows, and it often makes me wonder if thats where some of my morbitity comes from.

The weird thing, I went to high school with Diane Neal, we graduated together so that's kinda weird, but I love Mariska!! |

Yeah, we weren't good buds or anything but we had some classes together, she was very quite and very nice. A nice girl.....didn't stand out or anything, didn't really belong to many after school activities, she has a sister too. Younger.

<font color="purple"> YES!! I love L/O SVU and CI... I enjoy many crime shows like CSI, forensic files, cold case files, and more.... I get satisifaction in knowing that the offenders are going to get caught! And I enjoy the puzzle of trying to piece it all together... </font>

Endless L&O loop @ my place!! CI and SVU esp. DiNofrio is a twisted genius!
Monk and House also(good taste TMN120.) We also enjoy Without a Trace. |
