What are you doing for Halloween? I'm doing my makeup, watching scary movies, and carving pumpkins. I'm going to be doing makeup to look like a female Frankenstein and on another day I'm doing a sugar skull I swear I'm like a kid lol

That's a cool skull get-up. It's very Dia de los Muertos in style.

I don't know what I'm going to be yet. But me and my wife will be going to a Halloween party at my sister and brother-in-law's house. They have one every year, and they are always really awesome. They make their house into a really good Haunted House and lots of people come in neat costumes.

We haven't done jack-o-lantern's before but I kind of want to try it this year.

I'm doing Walking Dead makeup on my boyfriend and me and we're going to my aunt's house for a super big Halloween dinner (Halloween is almost as big as Thanksgiving in my family) and then we're going to go scare kids D

Very Cool, very Ambitious makeup, I like it.

I used to have a grown up party every year, lot's of good food & creepy treats like sugar cookies shaped like human fingers: an almond slice makes a perfect "finger nail". A little red gel frosting on the end to add the yuck factor ...

I don't do so much now, but always carve a pumpkin jack-o-lantern that becomes pie filling later. And don't forget to roast the pumpkin seeds .... very yummy.

P.S. The scariest costume my son ever wore, hands down, a clown. Not even a scary clown! He got more people screaming with that outfit than any other!

I'm so excited! I rank halloween above christmas!

I don't know exactly what we're doing, but I have plans in the works for bad-*** carvings and all night horror movies. ^^

@NW; I don't blame them. Stephen King's It was the only book I've ever put down unfinished. XD And I hadn't even gotten to the scary part yet!

I'm glad you posted this, BB. As you may have noticed on other threads, I love Halloween and everything it connotes such as magic, mystery, a little bit of mayhem...

Unfortunately I won't be dressing up but if I were going to, I'd like to try a hip Medusa look similar to this.

We don't really celebrate Halloween here in Australia the way that America does, so I won't really be doing anything, haha. But I did think about inviting someone over to watch some horror movies.

We decorate our home, inside & out, with corn stalks, pumpkins from our garden, straw bales, colored indian corn, & tons of beautiful yellow mums. The only halloweenish things is a flag with a carved pumpkin, orange tabby & sleepy Bassett hound in a bunch of colorful leaves, a cute little friendly witch sits on our island counter along with a whimical black cat & plain punpkin with fallen colorful Autumn leaves I picked up on the farm. They're dry now, but I love crunchy leaves. No trick or treaters back here, which is sad. Hubby & I watch the Turner Classic halloween movies.

It's fun for me, and I don't go trick-or-treating as I'm an adult but I absolutely loved it as a kid.

No, we don't trick or treat anymore but when we did, it was sure fun. My grown up memories are just as fun as the kid ones, like several years of trick or treating with cocktail glasses... my whole neighborhood was in on that one...yes, we all went door to door & they filled your glass! It was awesome!

but those days are over. Now I like skipping the middleman and getting the candy I Like, no more sorting out a bowl of rejects...
