Since we are arriving to the last month of the year, I think that it would be nice to remember all the good things that this year gave us.
This has been a very important year for me: first of all I joined PC , and I also became a Community Liaison and a Poohbah. I also graduated, and I began seriously thinking about asking for help with my OCD (though with this I'm still at the beginning).
And what about you?

Ah um, I lost some weight and learned a lot more about myself. Went and got some help after delving into alcoholism. Broke my own heart and then mended it. New puppy. Still got issues I guess and I haven't really worked towards them in my opinion. I could probably do better. Probably one of my worse years but still glad for the change I guess. It's still better than before.

Lets see here...I joined PC which I couldn't be happier about. I'm glad that I got back into reading manga and watching anime. I forgot how much I enjoy it. I was correctly diagnosed this year and got on meds that are really helpful. I have a roof over my head and food in my belly and clothes on my back!

I got my life back and everything fell in place again where it belongs. I also learned a couple of major valuable lessons. I moved into a better apartment. The weather was quite interesting! I heard a lot of new music that I didn't like very much but it was, ummm, enlightening? Last but not least, I lived through another birthday!

Great thread Bea!

I am currently stable on the medications I'm on, financial help, having insurance, becoming a Community Liaison here at PC

Well, let's see. Taught my mother how to drive, passed my assignatures, played some games, watches some series. Cannot think of anything else.

Even though my comments here are largely ignored I figured that at least there are some people reading them that never complain which is even better I guess.

It's been a year now since the doctors in the hospital told me I would be dead within 2 years. So I am very glad I found PC where I can try to help others, which has always been a goal in my life. At least I have more time to continue doing the same.
I figure since the doctors are always wrong I will probably live another 5 years anyways.

Oh, when I said that I graduated I forgot to say that I also began specialization It's important for me.
Usually in the last day of the year people think to what they want to achieve in the following year...I sometimes do it, but I expecially think to what I have achieved in the year that is finishing, and in general to what happened that I'm glad for...it's more satisfying

I am grateful that they didn't find cancer in my bowel during my colonoscopy or in my stomach for my gastroscopy. Both times I was very scared beforehand and very relieved afterwards.

I am also grateful that both procedures were performed as soon as possible, and in the case of the gastroscopy, without any appointment, just on the spot.

Thank you 2014.

I forgot to add getting accepted into college, also being able to buy Christmas presents for my mom this year

I had a pretty crappy year this year. Anything that could go wrong, pretty much went wrong. Fortunately, things always managed to sort themselves out though, so I was lucky in that respect.

Next year will be much better, I'm certain of it.

I am thankful for meeting BeaFlower! And I'm thankful for all the friends I've made at PC, and my boyfriend, who I started dating in August.

I'm grateful for my parents, my aunt, and my therapist, all of whom have helped me tremendously through the year.

This month is really crappy, but I'm trying to stay positive.
Thanks for this!

I'm glad that I moved to an apartment.

I'm glad that I only went to the hospital twice this year.

I'm also glad that it's almost 2015.
Thanks for this!

That new meds have gotten me out of depression and suicidal thinking. Also, my health is okay, except for a few minor issues.
