In Tampa (FL), the local government has declared that today is Kindness Day. It's sad that we have Kindness Day to remind the people to be kind to one another.
On the national level, today is: National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day; National Ding-A-Ling Day (I'm not making this up); National Gingerbread House Day; National Ambrosia Day; and National Poinsettia Day. So, put on an ugly Christmas sweater, call a friend, make a gingerbread house, eat a fruit salad, and plant Poinsettia. Happy Holidays! |

I wonder what the people who make these days a "special day" do for a living. Do they just sit around thinking of what they can call today to make it special. Do they get paid (by the greeting card companies

They must be employed by the government to have such a useless position...probably paid over $100,000 a year for that on top of it...lol.
Who even knows that these special days exist unless we look them up on the internet or go into a Hallmark card store.....LOL. Thanks for pointing this out kindness.....LOVE your comment...LOL...you made my day giving me a smile: Quote:
