Oh, I can still taste, but I don't taste anything because I am not paying attention...therefore my membership in the "Mindful Meditation" group here...

Strong coffee or Italian espresso with milk/creamer and sugar and sometimes french vanilla coffee mate.

I'm trying to eat healthier now though so it's just plain coffee with a dash of 2% milk, no sugar. Starting to drink hot tea more too but with no sugar. Have been having Chamomile lately, will try more types soon.

Way too much milk and sugar in my coffee for it to even be remotely healthy.
A tiny bit of sugar in my tea

I like my coffee with sugar and French vanilla flavoring. I drink my tea sweet, unsweetened, hot, lemon, and maybe a little bit of coconut oil.

I tend to have tea made from dried herbs from a local shop and then brewed old fashion. my sweetener of choice is honey but I can sub it for sugar. Sometimes I mix it with my powdered multi-vitamin.

Both black....unless tummy needs soothing, and then it's non-dairy creamer with just a tiny bit of sugar. (Same for coffee or for tea.)
