Be good and kind and gentle to yourselves today. Distraction Action

Would you like to share? (my answers in parentheses)

1. Your favorite season? (Tossup between: Fall in the North... walking through rustling crunchy leaves--and Winter in the North...the gentle soft quietness of snow falling and wrapping everything in it's clean white sparkling blanket)

2. Your dream vacation? (Taking a train ride through the Colorado Rockies with a side trip to San Francisco)

3. A song that once you start thinking about you can't get it out of your head? (River, by Joni Mitchell or Sarah MacLachlan).

4. Drive, fly, bus, train? (Train!)

5. Favorite ice cream flavor? (Black cherry with chocolate bits)

Distraction Action Your turn!
