I am about half way through the book Driven to Distraction. I am finding it very informative. I asked my doctor if she had read it and she had. But, she kinda made a face. Maybe I should ask what the face meant and what her opinion is of the book . Now that I think of it, her opinion does not matter. I am finding the book chaulk full of good information and ideas.

I made my first list of things to do. driven to distraction It is my Wednesday list. Some things on it are simple, others harder for me to accomplish. Today is my first day that I was to increase to 30 MG of adderall.

I am startiing to think I may end up using this forum as my own personal progress reports. driven to distraction

I had fun in chat too. Its nice to meet another with a warped sense of humor. Not that you are warped or anything.driven to distraction We just might have to learn how to behave though. Nah. That's no fun.

We should see each other again. I truly appreciated a lot that you had to say. Thank you.

'DRIVEN TO DISTRACTION' is one of the first books I had about ADD and ADHD.

I think I have had 2 copies and lost both during moves. Reminds me I shoud try and get another copy.

Best wishes,
Chris
