I graduated from High School in the 80's.

I got my driver's license in the 80's

I had bad hair and wore bad clothes, including rolled up jeans, legwarmers, and multiple pairs of different colored socks.

I was a teen in the 80's. Though there were some things (shows, music, movies, etc) which have stood the test of time, most seem laughable now. I much prefer today.

Goonies
I remember I got confused with my sister at the roller skating rink. We were both wearing the same clothes, Chinos and collared button down shirts. and the hair.... Luckily I did not care much about hair.

Leif Garret, Scott Baio, Mork, the Fonz (or was that the 70's????)
Journey, Queen, Celebrate

oh man i was a kid in the 80's, 80's Dublin was cool it seemed so inocent compared to now and all the awesome shows and bands. He-man, transformers, MASK, starcom, the A-team, knight rider, the teenage mutant ninja turtles, iron maiden, guns n roses, aerosmiths best albums, some great memories for me!!!

hey Hoolie, it has been 30 years. (good to have you back)
I only know cuz that was the same year I almost graduated from high school now that is a story I should write about. I keep telling my hubby that Mustangs were a Family car in that decade. I need proof.

I wasn't born in the 80s, but I should have been! It's one of my favorite eras.
