If so, where to? Where do you currently live? I am in a small town in North Carolina, but would love to relocate to Europe because they get more vacation time. Problem is, this can only be accomplished by marrying an EU citizen or job transfer (in my situation),neither which is likely now.
If I remain in the States, I would consider the Pacific Northwest, like Seattle or Portland. Really enjoyed visiting that area, and people generally seem more similar to me....
On that note, if anyone here does live in Pac NW, care to redirect me to a social internet forum out there? Thanks.

I would love to have a second home in the USA or Australia though.

i can see the emotional advantages for me... for 1, it will get people out of my life who i want out of it.

I live in a town in Central Italy and am going to relocate to another town a bit more South from here in a month time. I'm happy about this relocation!

I have lived in many places both in Italy and abroad and I think I still prefer staying in Italy, although I still consider Vienna and Berlin as my dream cities.

We want to move from the studios we're in. It's a transitional place. Mostly for those trying to reestablish themselves. We have been here for almost 15 months. We thought we'd be here a much shorter time. We don't quite have the funds we figured we would by now. We'll either stay up here or in a county close by. NorCal is our home. The only other place we've considered is Portland. It seems to be progressive & free spirited like us.

I hate where I live. I'm not real sure where I would go, but I would want to be somewhere without a whole lot of people and someplace that's not cold and snowy.
