I've only had a grand mal seizure once when I was 3.
Seemingly it was a developmental side effect, I wasnt diagnosed as having epilepsy, but then again my mom did work for an epileptic non profit agency or a few years, that I remember. I've read about 'mini' seizures that you may be having as much as once per day, ones that you may not even not even know you're having You never know how it's going to end. I see that more than ever now. Life Is Precious. My loving, sweet boyfriend said he thought I was dying on him, he was so shook up he didn't know what to do. I'm freaking out because I was able to see first hand how really fleeting life can be. Maybe that's how life is. People only living as long as their heart is still beating. You think you're fine until your not. I thought I was feeling better, but realize that I'm still a little weak. I want to rest but am afraid to fall asleep. Life is precious, and I don't want to miss a beat.

Life is precious. Thank you for reminding us.
May your heart not miss a beat. Try to get enough sleep. Lack of sleep can be a cause of many other problems.
