^ It's strange, Cornwall has an identical sign to that dog one. (apart from the Canada bit obviously...) I guess maybe they saw the Canadian one & followed suit. Plus they have another funny one:

This isn't about the sign persay as someone's reaction. There jokes abounding of stupid ditzes saying this but I actually winessed this myself.
