1. Someone from my church seeking me out at parent pickup, as she realized that we are both in the same vicinity.

2. Seeing the new contract and realizing some of what happened. Grateful for the bond that formed throughout the district. Grateful on this note that without being elected as an association vp and my subsequent taking a break during all my relocation court events, that my lack of participation reduced any extra stress on top of stress.

3. I'm grateful to live where I do. It's complicated to fully explain the intricacies of why...

4. That what I had read in my book before falling asleep, the other night, seemed to stay with me over the past couple of days.

5. For being able to converse with one of Muchacho's teachers in particular, as we discussed utilization of the phone application system to communicate, as to present myself as not being on the defensive.

My adult child is so creative, brilliant, and plain cool.
I keep getting more Christmas lights because they make me happy.
Eating healthy food keeps my mood balanced.
It's gonna snow this weekend but I can stay at home.
I am really really for real learning how to manage my anxiety.

Finding the boys pj pants at a good price, plus the sale.

The smell of brownies

Non stop football chatter morning to night, mind you, they are only just beginning to name names, teams by logo, enjoy highlights

No wars between them

Finding a trifle bowl where I hoped it would be...Christmas tree shop

...did I mention the smell of brownies?

We had a domestic disturbance in my apartment last night. Police showed up and all. Consequently I am glad for:

1. being safe
2. having the abusers out of my life
3. having caring and understanding people in my life
4. having had courage in my life to leave and get on my own two feet
5. having given myself permission to enjoy myself
