Tisha, this must have been/must be horrible. To have him manipulate your sense of self like he is is nothing short of abuse, imho...

I am so sorry. You are worth more than what he wants you to think.
Thank you. I expected people to comment that my husband is a saint and I am a fool. And he was right to be confident, no one wanted me.

No wonder I'm over Facebook... The 'friends' aren't really friends in real life, the exes are on there ready to take advantage of me for a romp if I would let them, my family is scattered to the wind and I hardly ever see 95% of them.

I did an experiment. I posted on Facebook one of the fun questions somebody posted on here. Got a few responses from people who don't normally interact with me, which was nice. One ex shmo made a below the belt innuendo. I don't want to be such a whiner. I think it takes someone like me to turn it around and make it fun again! Aw, we can all be friends!

I deleted everyone who I randomly met at parties, old jobs and just from people posted garbage id rather not see. When Facebook first came out it was all about having a high friend count. Now I keep it family and close friends and some friends from elementary school. It's an improvement to having about everyone you have ever met lol

That's an important point. If you tell her you don't like her friending her exes, she shouldn't. Honoring you comes first.

If my husband had told me it bothers him, I wouldn't have friended them. But honestly, I had/have such a screw loose over a couple of guys from the past that there definitely would have been emails that I would have kept to myself. But then it all would have come to nothing anyway and there would have been no drama. I know that's a form of cheating... But I'm being honest.

6. Posting lovey-dovey crap just to show everyone how loved up you are.
Ah you mean it's NOT ok for me to post a picture of my doggie giving me a kiss while begging for the wrapper of the food he stole from me?

It was a great way to keep everyone posted on how well our 3 rescued stallions were doing & see the photos of them when they couldn't get there to help......FB through their donation setup truly helped bring in the money we needed to care for those boys until our DA finally got the owner to give up her rights of ownership so we would take them to a real equine rescue facility.
