My mom acted weird for a few weeks, but now everything is as usual. Which is good. Anyways, I went in Torrid yesterday and found a Grateful Dead T-Shirt. I thought it was so cool. I went in and tried it on and it fit, so when I went out I asked if they had it in my mom's size because it was on clearance so I didn't know and didn't feel like picking through cause my back was starting to act up and they found one! So now me and my mom have matching T-shirts. My mom was quite excited. lol.

This is what they look like:

Very cool!

This reminds me of the time I got me and my 2 adult daughters matching VERY bright tie-died t-shirts. Apparently they did not inherit my love for bright colors and tie-died shirts. They were not amused. lol

My mother is yelling at me from her tomb just for reading this thread. She would have absolutely killed me if i had brought home a tshirt with a skeleton and roses on it. She would have said that it meant i wished for her demise. Your mother and my mother are two very different kinds of special!!
Thanks for this!

When I sent the pic to my mom her text back was "Bertha!" it's from a grateful dead CD. My mom and dad were big dead heads.

That's so sweet. Quite a bonding moment. I've known many deadheads through the years. Dancing bears and all
