Ahhh! First day of my weekend from work! I'm so happy to have plans today! I'm going to be hanging out with my mama today and we're going to see Deadpool!! I'm really excited! We're going to go to lunch afterwards and everything too. I had a REALLY bad day yesterday, because I had to drive through the crappy snowy scary weather that we had yesterday, to and from work, and while the drive isn't far, it's still terrifying, and I don't like driving in this weather as it is. I've only been driving for about 2 years...this is my second winter, anyway. And a year ago yesterday (so last year's Valentine's Day) I had my first (and hopefully only) car accident. It was jarring and became part of my reason for leaving my last job at the hospital. It was such a far drive and I didn't have a good time driving to and from there in this snowy crappy weather. So I got this new job that's closer to me, but it doesn't mean that driving in this weather is any better. It's still terrible. I still have panic attacks. They aren't as often, obviously, but I had one yesterday when I slipped while I was turning and I thought I was going to run into a street lamp.
But I'm past that! I came home yesterday and snuggled my little monster, Papyrus and he kept me company. I think he knew his daddy just needed some snuggles, because he didn't scamper away to play like he usually does. He actually sat with me in my lap while I watched cooking shows. It was a nice way to relax my frayed nerves.
And now today, I'm going out with my mama and going to spend time with her, which I haven't done in a while! She's going to be doing the driving, and I am a-okay with that!
I have to get my hair bleached again sometime soon... My roommate told me that I don't look as masculine with all dark hair, and I agree, but it's different coming from her. She's always seen me as more of a guy than I did myself, but when even SHE says I look more butch than an actual guy...something has to change. And I liked having the blond anyway. Might go back to completely blonde. I liked that, it was nice... Get it completely bleached again and then cut again.

Anyway, I have to head out! My mama is coming to pick me up now! Hope everyone else has a wonderful Monday!!

It was pretty awesome, thanks!! I had so much fun with my mama today and she finally got to meet her little grandkitten and she LOVES him. And he was such a good boy for her. Oh, and Deadpool was AMAZING!!!! It was everything I had hoped it would be and I am thrilled that I got to see it with her!
Hope your day was awesome too!!

Thanks, my day had some good points.

A new kitten sounds great! I remember my mom when I got my first kitten, she doted on her.

Can't wait to see Deadpool, it's on the to see when it comes out after the theatre, my sons are well into all those types of movies, as am I.

Driving in snow can be very intimidating, learning how to adjust for it, comes with experience.
