I tend to have 2. I prefer my lunch to be the heaviest of my meals. I'm usually not ready to eat this early in the morning, which explains why I typically miss breakfast. By lunch, I've burned through serious calories at work which is why that's when I want a heavy meal. I don't like to eat past 8pm, but will have a bowl of cereal if I believe I'll struggle sleeping.

Almost always skip breakfast. Usually have a light lunch and then a decent dinner.

I find it hard to eat while rushing around getting a kid ready for school and myself ready for work in the mornings. Work is so crazy, I can usually only down a little bit of lunch between phone calls.

I eat a healthy but light breakfast. Usually oatmeal.
A healthy but light lunch. Usually salad or some sort of fish.
Then a normal dinner but usually also a healthy choice.

I usually eat one meal a day. Living alone on my farm I have too much to do to spend time eating & cleaning up the kitchen to keep the ants away. When I bake or cook I make such a mess of my kitchen unless I eat an unhealthy microwave meal. I also hate eating cause I get really tired after & then no energy to do the work I need to do. I don't eat a well balanced meal because it's too hard to get everything done at one time. Since farm sitting a friends farm have been eating fresh eggs daily. Made deviled eggs & 2 custard pies for yesterday's Resurrection Days dinner with my church family...still cleaning up that kitchen mess. Refuse to make any more mess until I get that accomplished so microwave meal for today.

I think it is a combination between the Citalopram which I am guessing makes me hungry, and the boredom but I seem to eat all day long.

Breakfast - oatmeal with add-ins and greek yogurt
Lunch - main meal - protein (like rotisserie chicken or canned tuna) and cooked (boil-in bag) veg
Dinner - a big salad

It took me a long time to figure this out! I never used to eat breakfast, but i think it is why i am now satisfied with a salad for dinner. Carbs in the morning, fat (salad dressing, seeds) at night. This schedule has pretty much stopped any bingeing, as long as i stick to it.

3 meals, but healthy (& sometimes not so healthy) snacks in between. I cook healthily mainly because I have a family to take care of, not sure I'd be so motivated if I didn't.

I eat a lot but also fairly active lifestyle.

Thank you very much.
I really try. I just feel so much better when I eat healthy.
I have fallen off the wagon at times but it's usually short
lived and I get back to eating right.
I seem to fall off the wagon when I am very depressed.
