can someone help me?
if anyone uses mozilla thunderbird here, how do you get 1 address to always go to your inbox? it's actually currently this forum i'm having problems with all the replies are going in my inbox, but if i get a private message or i am subscribed to a forum, it goes to my spam i don't get it.. and it's driving me crazy it's not just this site, another list i belong too i get all the messages in my inbox like the conversations, but any attachments from it go to my spam. it's.... odd |

I had this problem with yahoo before. It helped that the subject lines usually included the forum information so that I could filter that as not spam. However, checking my junk folder was important. Wasn't the hardest as that email account was only for that. I don't have a solution , just an understanding perspective to your situation.

I use Mozilla Firefox on my computer....but I use my own internet's mailbox service that I set the filters for to determine where the emails are placed.

i've been trying to set up a filter, but i think i'm going wrong somewhere i have the boxes- so i've said the filter rules are all messages with reply in the subject line, and the action is to class them as not junk but something's wrong i think. i've said that the filter shouldn't be operated manually, in hopes that it would run automatic, but maybe i need to go back and edit it (namely, check the box that says manual?). i'm not sure. but i think i'm on the right lines |

Can you specify the specific "from" & say to always accept. I have done that for some that always ended up in junk.

In Thunderbird the easiest way would be to open one of the messages and hit reply or "add sender to address list" if that is still an option.
