I took a quiz and got the Koala - and made it my username

Here's what the quiz says...

"You need to have a safe home where you can be safe, protected, and that is not stressful. People with this totem are very comfortable on their own. You have empathy and are in tune with the emotions of others. Often because of this, you need time alone to detox and regroup.

You are like able, friendly, amicable, and content to go with the flow. You also have a strong protector and nurturing instinct. You tend to look after your “tribe”, show a keen interest in your society, and are willing to help others in need. You do this all with endless patience and aplomb. You like to introduce gentle adjustment to your environment and often adopt a wait and see approach."

SO TRUE for me.

I would love to hear your results. Just google "spirit animal quiz" and pick one!

I've never taken any quizzes about it, but not too long ago I did a spirit guide meditation with one of my teachers at school. She had a lot of training from a NW Native American tribe, but I forget which one. My spirit guides are a litter of wolf pups they remind me to hold on to my playfulness and to take care of myself.

The Wolf

Quote:
The Wolf: Your life is your family. You wrap your mind and heart around them. You are most close to your kids or parents, and you wish that you could be as close as possible to them, even if they've already gotten lives of their own. You believe in the family network, and want them to be close to home.

Your home is where your family is, and that's easy to see, but letting go is one of the toughest things you'll have to do. You can't check up on them everyday, or freak out when they're not around. Just relax and know that everything is okay.

Mine is the bee. I know this from my own experiences as opposed to the quiz.

Through Spiritualism, I found that mine is the rabbit. There are others, of course.

I took three quizzes. I got the owl, the deer, and the whale. All of these results make sense in their own respect. :P

When I take online tests I usually end up with Cougar. This makes sense as they share many of the attributes of the Dragonfly.

I don't like the quizzes because they only use animals people are supposed to like. My spirit animal is a rodent.

I'm a bear too:

Quote:
In the kingdom of spirit animals, the bear is emblematic of grounding forces and strength. This animal has been worshiped throughout time as a powerful totem, inspiring those who need it the courage to stand up against adversity. As a spirit animal in touch with the earth and the cycles of nature, it is a powerful guide to support physical and emotional healing

I've been reading this thread with a great deal of interest and enjoyment. I wonder though what people's real thoughts are given this information?

I don't knock it, that to some I realize this is light hearted. To some though this is really important. I myself discovered mine via a Journey led by a Shaman. It felt bang-on. I have heeded this information ever since.

Is this information of importance to you all? Has it changed your outlook?

I got a bear which is totally inaccurate. However it said the two other animals I connect with would be a deer and a turtle

YES! It has helped me so much. I'm always down on myself about the things I am not, but this wraps me up in all the things I am. So it's like a nice warm blanket of encouragement

I got a snake on one & deer on the other.

The deer one makes the most sense.
