I love teaching my dog tricks. It started off going to all of the dog classes I could. I found it an easy way to meet people, and Salem really liked these classes as well so we kept going. We took pretty much every class we could and now Salem has more certifications then I could even name off.
We also do fly ball, agility and dock dogs (which is a new one for us). All of these are really fun to do, and I still get to meet friends just like at the classes which is cool. I'm not all that good at making friends so this helps. I guess its kind of like people with new babies going to gymboree and stuff like that. Anyway, I also like teaching tricks. Right now I'm teaching kissy-kissy. I got this from a friend. It's a two part, he is supposed to lick you in the face and then give your ear a nibble. ![]() I have also taught all of the basics, and a lot of others. The crowd pleasers are jump, spin, and take a bow. Does anyone else teach there dog different tricks? I'm running out of ideas, lol.
