Not far from me a developer bought some land between the 'hood - really it's a high, high crime area - Wally World. Who in their right mind would spend a quarter million dollars on a house in that location?!?!?!?

1/4 million is a pricey house in this area. Property values in the area around this development are probably under 100K.
